In order to increase the speed of the TS1 drivers, we wanted to reduce their weight. The TS1 driver was designed from head to grip to be ultra-lightweight and comes in 45 grams lighter than the stock TS2. It was easy to swing the TS1 Driver because of its light and aerodynamic shaft. A good contact resulted in the ball traveling on a high trajectory. My normal shot shape is straight, but the TS1 design has a slight draw bias which caused my dispersion trends to go more left. The swing adjustment made it so that my longest drives hit straight down or in the right-hand center. The TS1 also comes with Titleist’s SureFit Hosel which has 16 lie and loft settings.

Trackman data I collected from Club Champion pleasantly surprised me. The solid feel of the strikes was validated by strong performance numbers. Also, my spin numbers reflected the club’s mid-spin design. It’s a pleasant experience sitting down to write up a review and finding that the marketing details match up with actual results.
